Apex Residence – Architecture

Modern Luxury Architecture That Embodies the Ultimate Expression of Design

A Landmark of Privacy and Light

Situated at the heart of a sprawling 30-hectare estate, the Atrium Residence rises gracefully on a gentle slope, commanding panoramic views of the surrounding pristine landscape. This 1,056 m² masterpiece is a study in monumental scale harmonized with the organic rhythms of nature.

The Art of the Arrival

Privacy is the luxury centerpiece of this project. Located over half a kilometer from the main entrance, the residence is reached via a dual-level driveway. The lower path leads to the subterranean parking, while the upper route guides guests to a grand portal sheltered by a massive overhang, allowing for a comfortable and prestigious “drop-off” experience.

The Inner Oasis

The architectural narrative revolves around a central lush atrium. This internal sanctuary, visible through expansive panoramic glazing from almost every part of the house, floods the core with natural light.

Grand Hall: Upon entering, guests are met by a soaring double-height hall featuring a monumental fan-shaped staircase.

Cascading Levels: To honor the natural topography, the interior layout avoids standard floor divisions. Instead, the “C-shaped” structure flows across multiple cascading levels that follow the hill’s incline.

Wings of Living and Leisure

The residence is intelligently split into two distinct functional wings:

The Social Wing: Features a series of interconnected spaces, including the living room, dining area, and open kitchen. It extends onto a covered terrace surrounded by shallow reflecting pools, where the sound of water and an outdoor fireplace create an atmosphere of serene cooling.

The Wellness Wing: Located half a level down, this zone is dedicated to recreation, housing a club room, a professional gym, a sauna, and a jacuzzi, all opening directly onto the vast gardens.

A Garage with a View

The subterranean level redefines utility; the garage features large windows facing the adjacent forest, transforming the parking area into a sophisticated display gallery rather than a mere technical room. To further integrate the building into its 30-hectare setting, the lower roofs are fully landscaped “green roofs,” ensuring that from a distance, the architecture remains an inseparable part of the earth.
