Prestigious Interior Design Combining Timeless Elegance with Modernity

Chevron Residence is a luxury residential interior that draws from North American classical design and refines it with a considered industrial edge. The open floor plan was conceived to maximise natural light – large windows run the full height of the living room, and the layout allows daylight to reach every part of the home without interruption. The palette moves through cappuccino, dark brown, beige and white. Soft fabrics and small metal accents layer across the spaces quietly while a wood-clad ceiling overhead adds warmth and defines the space from above.

In the hallway, the residence’s material choices come into full view. Taj Mahal quartzite and Maquina stone tiles cover the floor in a geometric pattern that shifts in tone as the light changes across the day. A chevron-laid hardwood floor continues from here throughout the home – a defining detail that gives the project its name and its rhythmic visual continuity. Modern art placed throughout the interior reinforces the project’s ambition: classical in structure, contemporary in sensibility.

The kitchen and dining area are defined by their ceiling. A full glazed structure opens the roof directly to the sky, flooding the space with natural light and framing a view of the garden. Wooden cabinetry in a deep, grounded tone runs along the walls; a light island anchors the centre. The industrial reference the project carries throughout finds its clearest expression here – structure made visible, natural light treated as a material in its own right.
