Ethereal Residence

Projekt jasnego i subtelnego wnętrza luksusowej rezydencji

The living room is defined by a four-metre horizontal fireplace set against a marble TV wall panel. Wooden flooring runs throughout. Minotti sofas and armchairs are arranged around a round marble coffee table, positioned to face both the fireplace and the floor-to-ceiling windows that look out to the garden. Walls and surfaces were proportioned from the outset to receive art, each placement considered as part of the architecture rather than added after it.

The kitchen and dining area continue the material language of the living room. A custom island anchors the space while a dining table with brown leather chairs sits alongside it. The room is generous in scale and straightforward in its resolution – material quality in place of gesture.

The hallway is where the residence becomes structural. A custom elevator sits flush with the wall, its presence discreet and considered. The staircase rises on levitating steps – each tread cantilevered without visible support – beside a wall of carved wood that introduces texture and warmth at the point where the eye naturally travels. Backlit from below, the staircase turns a functional element into the residence’s most dramatic interior moment.

The bedrooms hold the same warmth as the rest of the home in quieter form; however, the children’s room takes its own direction. Organic shapes were the defining brief, expressed in a custom-designed bed whose curves echo the rounded forms found throughout the room. A starry backlit ceiling completes the space – specific, considered, and entirely its own.

The home office is built around two parallel ideas: focused work and considered gathering. A centrally positioned desk allows the room to function equally as a meeting space, while modular shelving lines the wall behind it, housing both library and sculpture. Leather wallpaper runs beneath the artwork – the only deliberate burst of colour in an otherwise composed interior.

The guest bedroom continues the material thinking of the residence. Woven leather wall covering gives the room quiet textural richness without drawing attention to itself. Bronze globe pendants cast a warm, layered light over the upholstered seating below. The wardrobe disappears entirely behind fluted panels – present in function, invisible in form.
