Mokotowska Chic

The apartment is located in a historic tenement building in the very heart of Warsaw. The owners’ artistic passions became the main source of inspiration for the design of this space. Every element introduced into the apartment was intended to remain consistent with the Art Deco aesthetic—a “golden mean” defined jointly by the architects and the investors, balancing classical and modern styles.

The most striking part of the interior is the living room. Its distinctive character was achieved by emphasizing large windows, using decorative moldings and tall baseboards, and installing a wooden floor in a French herringbone pattern.

Award winning project

The true crowning element of the arrangement is the owners’ remarkable collection of artworks. All accessories and decorative elements were selected with the utmost care. While creating this refined and noble interior, comfort and functionality were never overlooked.

The apartment is home to a family of four with two children, which is why the living room features large sofas and a fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Behind the fireplace, a dedicated space was designed for a library and a classic black piano.
