Soul Marbella

Prestigious Premium Residence Inspired by Mediterranean Tranquillit

Soul Marbella translates a coastal setting into restrained, material-focused interiors. The palette holds in warm beige and is anchored by natural stone and warmed by wood. In the living room, a Bohemia feature wall meets a softly lit bookshelf a pairing of weight and warmth that quietly establishes the tone of the apartment.

The terrace extends the living room outward rather than separating from it. Light upholstered seating sits against a timber-clad wall while palms frame the space without crowding it. Indoors and outdoors share the same material vocabulary, so the threshold between them is seamless.

The dressing room opens directly onto the bedroom, its glass-front wardrobes finished with the same wood detailing found throughout the apartment. The bedrooms vary in mood but never in material: beige bedding, soft drapery, a round mirror catching the light in one room, a modern blue-toned painting holding the wall in another. In the master bedroom, a gypsum panel above the bed becomes the room’s centrepiece. Its surface is carved with a complex texture reminiscent of an iris, a mirror set at its centre, and can be lit along the perimeter for a soft, cozy glow. Lighting throughout is layered and intentional, built for evenings as much as mornings.

The rooftop is where the residence opens fully to the sea. A pool runs alongside beige loungers and a low daybed, the water sitting just beyond. A fire pit anchors a separate seating area nearby, and an outdoor kitchen with a dining table completes the level. Each zone is distinct, but held together by the same warm, unhurried palette that defines the home.
