A sunlit residence on the Costa Blanca coast was carefully planned to create a cozy retreat, combining modern design with practicality. Inspired by Spanish architecture, the interior design pays particular attention to details, craftsmanship, and the color palette.

Across three levels, the residence unfolds into five bedrooms, each holding its own distinct character while remaining tied together by a shared, warm color palette. Natural materials, soft neutrals, and considered lighting carry through every room, creating a sense of continuity from top to bottom – yet no two bedrooms feel repetitive. Some lean into deeper, moodier tones for a more intimate atmosphere, while others stay light and airy, opening onto views of the surrounding landscape. This layered approach allows the home to feel cohesive as a whole while giving each level, and each resident, a space that feels distinctly its own.

Bedrooms on the ground floor open directly onto a picturesque garden with a swimming pool, creating a seamless connection between the interior and the surrounding landscape. The entire interior has been composed in a subtle, warm color palette, using the highest-quality natural materials to create a space designed for rest and relaxation.

Designed as the entertainment core of the residence, this lower-level living space combines a home cinema, a private wine cabinet, and an open lounge into one cohesive room. Dark wood paneling and marble side tables ground the space in a rich, tactile palette, while a large projector screen anchors the room for film nights and gatherings. A custom-built wine cabinet doubles as both storage and a striking visual feature, set against the warmth of light wood flooring that runs throughout.
