Set on an expansive forest plot, the Horizontal Residence is an 863 m² architectural masterpiece that harmonizes with its picturesque surroundings. Its design is defined by a strong horizontal emphasis, where long lines and extended cornices integrate the structure into the woodland landscape.

Reflection and Transparency

The facade is a study in sophisticated detailing. Perforated metal panels with floral motifs pair with mirror-finish surfaces that reflect the surrounding trees, effectively blurring the lines between the built environment and the wild. The entrance is marked by a dramatic, cantilevered roof, providing an elegant, sheltered transition into the home’s interior.

A Gallery for Automotive Art

Reflecting the owners’ passion for motoring, the villa features a unique, glass-walled showroom positioned between the garage and the main hall. Equipped with a rotating platform, it allows a luxury vehicle to be displayed as a central piece of art.

The social heart of the house is the double-height living room, where 6-meter-tall windows offer an immersive experience of the forest. The kitchen is equally innovative, featuring a dual layout: a hidden technical zone for preparation and a sleek representative area where all appliances can be seamlessly concealed.

The Garden Pavilion

The terrace has been conceived as a multifunctional garden pavilion. It features a dedicated lounge area with a fireplace, a summer kitchen, and a winter garden with a jacuzzi. Thanks to a folding glass wall system, this space provides a comfortable outdoor experience year-round, regardless of the season.

Private Master Suite

The upper floor is dedicated to the ultimate private retreat. The master suite includes a vast bath salon and an elegant dressing room, all framed by panoramic windows that offer undisturbed views of the treetops. For maximum convenience, the residence is equipped with a lift and state-of-the-art smart home systems, ensuring peak energy efficiency and comfort.
