Modern Residential Concept Defined by the Illusion of Floating Architectural Forms

THE FLOATING HOUSES RESIDENCE: Forest Futurisms

Nestled in the picturesque pine forests of Lesznowola near Warsaw, this unique residence appears to defy gravity. The building is a bold architectural statement where modern forms seem to hover effortlessly among the trees.

The Concept: Private Sanctuaries

Our challenge was to integrate an extensive functional program while maintaining a human scale. Following the mantra “form follows function,” we designed individual “micro-homes” for each family member. These archetypal barn structures, cantilevered over a glass base, create the striking illusion of floating within the forest canopy.

High-End Living

Spanning nearly 1,000 m², the villa offers a seamless blend of nature and technology. The transparent ground floor houses the social heart of the home, including a double-height living room, a professional-grade gym, and a wellness zone with a counter-current pool, saunas, and an outdoor jacuzzi.
