Project setup & delivery structure

From the outset, we establish the project framework around scope, responsibilities, programme logic and reporting. This creates a clear operating structure for the entire team and ensures the project is set up to move forward in a controlled and coordinated way.

 

Where required, we define and coordinate the consultant and supplier structure needed to support the brief, while maintaining one in-house management lead throughout the project.

Construction coordination

During implementation, we maintain close oversight of site progress, technical alignment and execution quality. We coordinate with contractors, consultants and suppliers to ensure that what is being delivered reflects the agreed requirements and design intent.

 

This stage requires consistency, responsiveness and attention to detail — especially where multiple trades and bespoke elements are involved.

 

Handover, defects & aftercare

As the project approaches completion, we carry out detailed quality control and coordinate the final steps required for handover. Any outstanding items are identified, tracked and resolved so the finished property meets the expected standard.

 

Where ongoing support is required after completion, we help define the most appropriate next-step structure.
